I just read your book, fascinating. I, myself, have been concerned for the bats. I have chosen the Indiana bat (because I live in Indiana) of primary concern, doing what I can to help them in my “little woods”. I have only one large shagbark, but I see declining bats every summer. I am currently involved with a quilt group that is creating a series of quilts pertaining to “endangered species” of every kind. My species of choice is the Indiana bat. We each, do what we can to connect nature with others. Thank you for a great read!

I have bats in my attic in CT. What shall I do? I don’t want to harm them. I know they are protected, and I like bats. Help!
